Hi, I’m Andraya, the founder of AndFitness, and I’m so glad you’re here.
My mission is simple: to help you see movement as a way to grow, discover who you are, and feel empowered every step of the way. I created this space to be your safe haven—a place where you’re supported, celebrated, and reminded of just how capable you are.
With a background in occupational therapy, psychology and years of weightlifting experience, I know first hand how important it is to have a fitness approach that meets you where you are. That’s why everything we do at AndFitness is designed to feel accessible and personal. Whether it’s focusing on mobility, building strength, or tailoring modifications just for you, we make progress feel achievable and empowering.
